Fawcett Homes: The Vancouver | Small House Planning Bureau design

ASK ANY HOUSEWIFE what features she wants in her dream house, and regardless of her budget, chances are that she will demand an abundance of storage space. You get that in the Vancouver. There are two closets in each of the larger bedrooms, and another oversized closet in the third bedroom or den. These wardrobe closets have built-in trays designed to make maximum use of space. There's also a linen cabinet, walk-in vestibule closet, and coat and household supply closets by the rear entrance. That means that young- sters can deposit all their muddy clothing when they come in through the rear. The plan also specifies a two-car garage and full basement for additional storage.

The exterior is finished with asbestos siding, asphalt shingle roof and vertical redwood siding around front entrance.
