The Hancock will go comfortably on any lot forty feet wide. There are three bedrooms, a large living-dining room, a kitchen with a separate dinette large enough for eight, and one bathroom with a recessed tub. Cabinets have been placed on three walls of the kitchen to make it exceptionally rich in storage space. A serving counter separates the kitchen from the dinette.
Exterior design features include a gable roof, asphalt shingles, and face brick accented by a plywood gable in front. The brick exterior will keep maintenance problems to a minimum. The lines of the house are low, so all painting of exterior trim can be done safely from a low ladder.
