A 1954 house with an amazing view over Portland, Oregon. Plans provided!
This lovely property was designed by Van Evera Bailey and stands 1000 feet above Portland, Oregon. The house is quite big with a large living, dining, kitchen with breakfast corner, four bedrooms, a dedicated laundry room, but only three bathrooms.
This golden room can be used as bedroom/office/family room. The built in desk and shelves store typewriter, files and reference books.
To catch every glimmer of morning sun, the kitchen juts out from the house. One thrid of it was planned for family dining, with an intimate view of the garden.
On clear days this east wall captures a superb view of Mount Hood.
