Yes i know it's the middle of the summer, but this delicious recipe for a side dish it's perfect for any season and with almosy any meat.
1 box of broccoli
1 cup of hot, nippy cheese sauce or Hollandaise, or just golden melted butter.
Cook the heavy-heated, tender stemmed broccoli, pile the spears on a paltter. Pour over your sauce of choice, garnish with grilled tomatoes - presto!
You can have it woth beef, pork, poultry or even fish. If you like things spice replace the sauce with horseradish and cream.
