GOOD LIVABILITY and three bedrooms are provided here in a relatively small space. The bedrooms occupy the rear of the plan and are separated by the hall from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The traffic pattern makes it possible to reach any of the bedrooms from the side entry without passing through or near the living or dining room.
The kitchen sink is set at an angle in front of corner windows and the housewife working at her chores can see what her children are doing either in front of the house or the sides.
Wide siding is specified for the exterior. It can be either cedar or asbestos shingle. There is a full basement. By placing the furnace and water heater in the space now allowed for the basement stairs, you could also build on a slab or over crawl space.
