All-America Homes 1959 - plan #129

If you are among those who do not want to keep up an extensive property, you will find merit in this plan which gives you large rooms and privacy, plus big windows on a small property. If you want to spread out in the suburbs, the blueprints will show you how to turn either the right or left side of structure to the street, with garage plan turned for direct access to the street, and living room windows at front and rear of house.

A garden court is like a welcome mat to your friends, and is easy to keep well-groomed. An intercom system controls the entrance to court. Exterior walls are wide boards and battens with flush boards in the gables. Court can be paved or laid dry. House contains 1400 square feet, is 38 feet wide and 66 feet deep. All windows are large and open wide.
