The kitchen has all electric built-ins, including yellow Westinghouse oven and range, dishwasher, and disposer.
The bedroom wing is characterized by an oversize hall to be used as a play area for children. It is roofed by a plastic dome skylight, has a cork floor and a convenient drinking fountain. The master bedroom has its own bath with a dressing area, square sitdown tub and shower.
The home has a Thermo roof of pink Tennessee marble chip, and is air- conditioned and heated with a General Electric unit.
It is furnished by Sembera in modern furnishings.
Mr. Yarbrough has lived in Houston for the past 15 years and has been in the home building business for four years. He previously was district. manager of U. S. Gypsum Co.
He has built homes in the $11,000 to $13,500 range in Freeway Manor.
