Plan 1871 designed by Architect William C. Fitt

THIS SMALL TWO-BEDROOM HOME designed by Architect William C. Fitt is one of the simplest designs possible. The structure is essentially composed of a series of parallel solid masonry walls with glass walls separating them, and with a simple roof above. Partition work is at a minimum. Supplemental daylighting is provided by four bubble-type skylights above. The result is a home pleasant to look at, easy to live in. Housekeeping and maintenance can be kept at a minimum. Wise division of space results in two large bedrooms, large living room, and efficient kitchen.
Area: House 1,050, carport 500 sq. ft.
