Here is a very unusual plan. There are many features included here that are often found only in much larger homes. Note particularly the extra large living room - wonderful for entertaining, the entrance hall, combination kitchen-dining area, the full basement, etc. Brick veneer is used only on the front and gives a pleasing effect. House without garage is only 40 feet wide.
