1 pound ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1/6 cup chopped onion
1 cup fine crumbs
1 egg
3 green peppers
Crisco (or similar)
Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup fine crumbs and green pepper.Shape 1/3 to 1/2 meat mixture around metal or wood skewers. Roll drumsticks in 1/2 cup fine crumbs. Melt 4 to 5 tbsp. of Crisco (or similar) in a heavy 8-inch or 9-inch frying pan. Fry drumsticks, turning to brown all over. Cover frying pan and cook about 15 minutes. Serve with green pepper rings light fried or raw.
