This is a spectacular MCM-style split level house from 1951 Pennsylvania, belonging to P. Alston Warings. Architect was Edwin Harris Jr. Lower level shows use as a one bedroom apartment. Upper level has two bedrooms, a living , dining and kitchen. The garage is positioned on a small alley on the side of the property.

Living area flows into storage lined dining space into a sun drenched kitchen. Every partition is used for storage and display. Floor to ceiling storage wall between the two bedrooms also acts as a noise buffer.
