The central unit is a modified duplex apartment. It has a living-room, kitchen, stair hall, one bedroom with its own bath on the first floor and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the floor above. The cellar accommodates the heater room and laundry. The side units have a master bedroom, bath, and dining-room.
