A 1.067 sq.ft. house from 1959. Plans included!

While small this house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living-dining area. Projecting beams and a broad roof overhang improve the lines while they shield windows from the sun. A carport carries the roof line out even farther. Vertical lines of the siding and the glass panels give the house stature.

The terrace is at the side of the house with direct access to the kitchen. The living rooms feels large because it's tall. Ceiling goes right up with the roof line, with high windows letting extra light in. Louvered screen separates the fron door from living and dining.

The center beam of this house does more than hold up the roof - it outlines the dinign area, kitchen and hallway. Paneling is mahogany plywood.

Corridor kitchen combines efficency and modern good looks in compact space. The sink, burners and refrigerator are grouped along one wall. A door at the rear leads to the side yard or down to the basement. One big window looks out over the patio.
