According to the architects the 3rd house in the Idea Home series is a modern reinterpretation of the New England style. Narrow clapboards and white-framed windows, along with the steeply pitched roof, recall vintage design. Windows are evenly spaced for a formal appearance. Flush panels under them give the proper scale and importance. Smaller roof overhang keeps with traditional design.
Master bedroom suite is complete with dressing room and bath and outside walled garden. Three children's rooms are grouped around their bath. Home C is 1.915 sq.ft. of living space.
