The floor plan of this ranch house is really wonderful; every room is located exactly where it should be for maximum use, convenience, privacy and attractiveness. Note that all of the bedrooms are well protected from any unnecessary noise, all open from a central hall and are out of sight of company areas, and yet they are close enough to the rest of the house to be readily accessible. The master bedroom has three windows, a double closet and a private bath with an enclosed shower. Bedroom 2 has a window which matches the one in the master bedroom, also a large closet, and bedroom 3 has a large closet and a double window. From the room it will be an easy matter to keep a watchful eye on children at play either inside or outside. Next to the working part of the kitchen there is a service area consisting of stairs to the basement, a laundy area behind folding doors, a lavatory and a door to the garage.
Across the front of the house there is a formal living room with a fireplace and three large windows and a formal dining room with two large windows. This arrangement helps to keep both rooms always presentable for company. Down in the basement there is plenty of room for recreation or hobby activities.
