It's not an optical illusion — this enchanting house, so reminiscent of chalet styling, has four bedrooms and the other rooms to fit a big family. And there are four real levels, too. The lavatory end of the bathroom opens from the bedroom hall, making it most attractive and practical for guest lavatory use.

To reach the third level, a half flight of steps goes down near the entry end of the living room. Bedroom 4 is found on the third level, a full scale room whose windows face the front. Down from the family room, and increasing the available living space enormously, there is the fourth level which includes a recreation room, with bright windows in the side area. A large closet will make this room particularly adaptable for playroom use or as a study or hobby room. But that’s not all. The workshop-utility-laundry room at the back really rounds out this marvelous extra level, and all the family will appreciate it. To recount the blessings: there are ten rooms, nine closets, two bathrooms plus, and a double garage, all adding up to the bargain of the year.
