There's a "story book" quality about this house that surrounds it inside and out. The quaint leaded glass windows are unusually attractive and lend a look of enchantment to the exterior. The covered entry protects guests in all kinds of weather- the large foyer is perfect for greeting them and storing their coats. The kitchen has a plan which puts every utility within easy reach, and there is also room for family meals. Near the kitchen are the stairs to the cellar. Two steps down from the kitchen is the family room- it has a large window area and a big fireplace, and the bottom step has been extended to make a raised hearth seat. This spacious room will prove to be the family favorite for entertaining and relaxing, and in pleasant weather the patio can become an extension of this room. Since the patio is in a sheltered corner of the house it could easily be screened-in for maximum use. A built-in barbecue on the patio invites cook-out meals.
