No. 7350-This is a very attractive, contemporary, concrete block house. The living room is well lighted with gable end windows in front and a casement window and sliding glass doors on the patio side. The patio is screened from the street by the concrete block wall. This wall provides privacy from the street and also makes the house appear much longer. The three bedrooms are served by a compartmented bath. All the plumbing in the house is grouped together on one wall for economy in installation. Aluminum casement windows are shown on the plan.
