Here we have a house that neatly provides a four-way separation of activities: sleeping in the north wing, living in the south wing; children to the east, parents to the west. A glass-enclosed gallery links the two wings. A generous deck affords level outdoor living despite the steep slope. The house was an award winner in an A.I.A.- Sunset Western Home Awards program.
