Plan C-9276 | Architect: Lester Cohen

We like the unusual flair of this raised ranch plan and we know that you will too. You will also appreciate the possibilities for enjoyable living which the floor plan offers. A really striking front door opens on a well light- ed foyer which leads to the two levels of the house. On the lower level there is a two car garage, a laundry and heater room, a storage closet and best of all, a spacious playroom with a fireplace, four big windows and ad- jacent lavatory. Sliding glass doors open from the playroom onto a terrace which has stairs going up to a first floor balcony. This balcony is reached by sliding glass doors; these open on the dining room and are close enough to the kitchen to make the balcony a convenient spot for serving meals when the weather is nice. The spacious living room has three handsome windows at the front and a decorative railing overlooking the foyer. There is a dinette corner in the kitchen for breakfast or snacks and all cupboards and appliances have been put in an "L" design for greater convenience when preparing meals or cleaning up after them. There is a center hall which runs across the house on the main floor and which has a coat closet and a linen closet. The family bath, which has a vanity sink and a full tub, is handily located to all main floor areas, Bedroom 3 has a double window at the front of the house and a large closet; bedroom 2 has a large closet, too, plus cross-ventilation. In the master bedroom there is an extra large window at the rear, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with an en- closed shower. The unusual exterior is strikingly simple but extremely interesting.

Overall Dimensions: 48' x 26'.
