No. 6655 - This very beautiful cottage has a distinct individuality not always attained where simplicity rules. The floor plan shows a wonderful arrangement consisting of an entrance hall, a large living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast corner, two large bed rooms, a complete bath with both shower and tub, dressing table and towel cabinet, eight closets and a large porch in the rear. A full basement is provided for this plan with recreation room, laundry and heating rooms, or the house may be built without the basement, but with a utility room where the basement stairs and a portion of the porch is shown. The foundation is concrete and the construction of the house is frame with painted brick for the exterior. The roof may be either wood or composition shingles.
