Your new homes: modern colonial suited to a "T"
The downward slope of the property to the south determined the T-shape of this house and made possible the split-level wing. Going up the terraced entrance, the visitor steps into a vestibule and hall. Arriving by car, one can walk up a half flight from inside the garage into the living room hall. The living room has a picture window and large fireplace. A corner dining room can be curtained off or left open for extra entertaining space.
There is an efficient kitchen and a laundry that doubles as a service entrance. Up a half flight of stairs from the hall, are two bedrooms, each with private bath, and three exposures. There is an expandable attic half a flight up over the living room. With a dormer to the rear, another large bedroom and bath can be added, providing ultimate sleeping quarters for six.
