Big Top's special Christmas Day special on CBS | TV Guide Chicago, 25-31 December 1953

 CHRISTMAS is for children, and CBS is right in step with a special Christmas Day performance of Big Top, the fabulous circus show. It's a gift for adults, too, coming in mid-afternoon, when oldsters wonder if anyone can ever quiet the children again. The show, television's largest live production, involving the services of more than 300 persons, also will be a treat for 1000 Philadelphia orphans, TV GUIDE's guests for the thrills and fun that only a circus can provide, as these pictures prove.
