Plan D 167

 Some time ago i showed you plan (with facade drawing) Plan S 167 by Home Planners Inc. (Detroit) The plan was rereleased under the name D 167 and that home was actually built and we have a photo of it.

Some of the features include seventeen closets, double lavatory bath, extra washroom, built-in china cabinet, planning desk in kitchen, bar located to serve both activities and kitchen, a covered porch, and two fireplaces. The activities room could also serve as a quiet study or guest room.
