Plan C42

The pleasing exterior, with wide butt cedar shakes, applies to Design C-42 (without basement) below. The fixed double pane insulating windows in the breezeway and living room have ventilating panels below. This also permits year 'round use of the breezeway. The easily opened and closed folding walls and doors (dotted lines) provide a means for quickly achieving privacy or for expanding an area.
