The exterior design of this side to side split level home veils the type of house it is. No gaunt 2 story walls, usually found in some splits, detract from the appearance. Forward protruding garage and chimney forms recessed front entrance. Upper level bedrooms face and have access to side sun deck. Lower porch is under this deck. Two service doors make life easy for the homemaker; dirt tracking need not be her problem. Sketch at left shows arrangement of main stair railing and planters.
