Lovers of good contemporary design backed-up by completely modern and practical floor planning had better take note. This flat-roofed design is a good study in masses. There is the mass of vertical wood siding; the mass of brick veneer, the mass of glass panels. All these areas add to the dramatic simplicity of the facade. The wide steps leading to the raised entrance court are an inviting feature. The exposed beams, visible from the front court, run right through the house and out onto the rear terrace which they help to provide with shelter.
