The L-shaped house has garage in front, making room for back terrace on a small lot, and also giving house the visual sweep necessary for a large lot. Generous 32-inch roof overhang imparts a long, low look. Area between garage and house is entry hall, extra bedroom, and bathroom. Same area is a breezeway on the three-bedroom version.

This versatile house comes in two sizes, with your choice of three, or four bedrooms. Both sizes make good use of glass, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living, dining, and bedrooms, and sliding glass doors in the living room opening onto a terrace. A snack bar separates the kitchen and the dining room, and doubles as a serving counter. The kitchen has roomy cabinets on both walls, an exhaust fan, and a door that opens onto the back terrace. The two bathrooms in the four-bedroom house are close to the bedrooms; the three-bedroom version includes a bath-and-a-half.
Glass corner of house, and glass in gable brighten the dining and living areas. Offset at right is an extra bedroom, with a door that opens on the terrace.
