Five Star 2005 is not a large home. The main body of the house is only 33x29 feet. But because this section is two stories high, and because the garage-breezeway extension gives length, the house looks big.
The hardest thing to work into a house is elbowroom. One way is to build a two-story house: It gives you more space for the money, plus large appearance.
