No. 9632 - This is an EXPANSIBLE house. It can grow as the family grows. It can be built in four stages. The first unit will consist of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bath and small bedroom. This gives you a building measuring 26'-4" x 32'-8" covering 860 square feet. A full basement is planned under this initial project. This is a complete, comfortable living unit. Next will be the rear bedrooms and half bath. This adds 460 square feet. The next stage can be either the family room or the garage or both, depending on the family needs. All these additions can be made with very little altering required on the existing building. When finished, you have a beautiful home of excellent design and there will be no added-on look, due to careful planning in the beginning. The outside stairway to the basement is a feature which we highly recommend on this design.
