Our designers have taken advantage of the features that can be found in the single GP-Delta Frame No. 436 and incorporated them into a multiple family vacation home. Of course, this attractive plan may well be used for many purposes. It is an excellent way of grouping living units; and they can be placed in many very interesting plot arrangements. Each apartment has its own private entry and deck area. The single bedroom measures 19'-0" x 12'-0' at floor level. It is created by the formation of a raised loft that is reached by the stairs indicated. This forms a balcony that overlooks the living area. Considerable savings in labor and materials will result from the manner in which the kitchen cabinets, stall showers and plumbing fixtures have been grouped together.
Main floor area has 2,118 sq. ft., allowing 775 sq. ft. for each apartment unit. Excellent privacy is maintained for each apartment without sacrifice of light and ventilation.
