There's nothing skimpy about this 22-foot living-room! Economy eliminated the wall moldings but enhanced the striking simplicity of the room. A terrace will eventually be built outside the glass door at the end of the room.
The dining-room is small, but has two fine windows and is so well proportioned that furniture fits with ease. A plain dado, circling the walls at chair height, gives dignity. Thru the paneled swinging door is a compact kitchen.
