The "convertible" house adapts to changing conditions as easily as putting the top down. Folding partitions permit rooms to be open or enclosed. If open, then the living, dining, family and kitchen are all one big area. Close one partition and you have an open living-dining room. Close the other for an open dining-family room. Close both and the rooms are divided for multiple occupancy.
