Children's play, both indoors and outdoors, can be supervised thru the ribbon of windows on the east wall of the house. The large playroom (den or work-room) adjoining the kitchen is placed near the half-bath for added convenience.
The bedrooms two doubles and a single — have an abundance of closet space and are given privacy by their placement at one side of the house. Designed for a lot on the south side of the street, the house is approached by a long informal walk which is given eye-appeal by colorful plantings.
