The Ponderosa knotty pine living room; the fascinating front entranceway ; the corner tub and combination glass enclosed shower, the electric Thermador long radiant heater and the flush lighting, all in the bathroom; these are only a few of the hundreds of ideas that were built into the house by Mr. St. Clair. The house is on the Palisades at Corona Del Mar, overlooking the Pacific. Decks and corner windows take advantage of the view up and down the coast.
The main house contains 3,400 square feet of floor space, costs about $16,000 to build.
