Neatness and order are the hallmarks of this well-planned three level. The closet and storage space is ample even for the family that keeps everything. The bedrooms are all on the upper level for good separation from the busy living area. You could do wonderful things with the large country kitchen and dining area. A one-car garage and utility area make good use of the basement level.
