For the 1935 Romanian premiere of  Cecil B. DeMille's „The Crusades” a streetcar was turned into a castle on wheels, touring on the streets of Bucharest.

The premiere also coincided to the opening of the Scala movie theater in Bucharest. A magnificent modernist building designed by architect Rudolf Fränkel.
