The exterior walls of this modern home are of multi-colored concrete masonry units. The interior walls of concrete block have been finished with Portland cement paint. The fireplace of colored concrete Roman brick reaches from floor to ceiling. Concrete slab sub-floors used throughout the house are carepeted or covered with floor tile. The basement contains rumpus and hobby rooms, in addition to laundry and heating facilities.
