In 1953 Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz launched the Ricky Jr. Baby Doll, a lifesize - 21 inches doll for girls modeled after the newly born star of  the "I love Lucy" show. The dall drinks, wets, sleeps, cries, bathes and blows bubble. Ricky Jr. is made of soft and silky vinyl plastic. The selling price at launch was $14.98.

For $12.98 you could buy the personalized doll carriage, for $11.98 the doll bath and for $3.98 an extra set of clothes.
