A cabin in the woods of Minnesota

This lovely cabin was built by the Warren Reynolds nestled on a wooden site above Northern Lake, and it offers an amazing view. The living and dining rooms at the front have plenty of big windows; bedrooms are off by themselves at the rear.

Brightly colored panels make this vacation house distinctive; the pale-blue satin is perfect background in this Northwood setting.

Time for relaxation - and the whole Reynolds family gathers around the central fireplace. The metal hood is free-hanging; the stone hearth was laid directly on the sturdy plywood flooring. Interior partitions are not higher than outside walls, to avoid any "cloded-in" feeling.

From inside, the living room seems to thrust right out over the lake. The combination loafing-lounge and double bed was made from oversize flush-panel doors. Cork-pattern tiles and fir ceiling are warn and natural looking.
