No. 6248—In this attractive brick-veneered suburban home there are many modern refinements to make the interior as delightful and convenient as the exterior is charming. The living room has the appealing front-to-rear lighting of the ranch house. Instead of having a wall partition between the living and dining rooms fluted translucent glass is used, with a folding curtain provided instead of a door. With the kitchen being reached from the vestibule hall many steps will be saved by the housewife each day.

No. 6324—The use of vertical siding and shingles gives this Colonial house a pleasing sense of balance. This house could be built originally with the second floor left unfinished until a later time.
