No. 6187—In simplicity there is beauty, as shown by this symmetrically-designed brick-veneer bungalow, framed by attractive planting boxes. No. 6107—Planned with the living quarters to face the terrace, this house is shown with a divided living and dining room. However, it is not necessary to have the partition between them and if constructed without so that the dining space becomes a living room alcove, the combined length of the rooms would be more than 26 feet. The front wall of the living room shields it from the bath and bedroom sections, yet the bath is so located that it may be used without disturbing persons in the bedroom wing. There is a half-bath in the master bedroom.

No. 6167—Beauty in brick might well be the name for this distinctive basementless home. The floor plan is quite unusual since the utility room has been extended into the center of the house to make possible use of the one chimney for both the fireplace and the heating flue. There are two and a half baths, the lavatory being so located that it serves not only the rear portion of the house, but is a convenient washroom for the children as they come in from play. The shingles are interlocking composition type.
