A study of this plan will show some features that are many times desirable: a separate entrance hall with closets a garage attached a living room of unusual size and bedrooms with bath for each.
The picture below shows an 18 x 18 ft. bedroom with a fireplace, which is especially desirable in a tropical climate where the evenings are cool.
